Planning an event at Philadelphia Romanian Church? Whether it’s a wedding, engagement, baby shower, bridal shower or general event, we’re here to help. Please review the request process below before submitting your form.

Request Process

Submitting an event request does not guarantee your preferred date. All requests are reviewed based on availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your event. Our team strives to respond in a timely manner, but we encourage early submissions to allow ample time for planning. Certain events may require agreements or fees, which will be communicated upon approval. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Here's how it works

1. Submit Your Request

Fill out the online event request form for the event you're planning. Please note that submission does not guarantee the requested date.

2. Approval & Availability Check

PRC Leadership and the Events Team will review your request. If the date is unavailable, we may suggest alternatives.

3. Event Confirmation & Coordination

Once approved, our Events Coordination team will contact you for next steps. Assistance with media, kitchen, cleaning, and other logistics is available.

4. Agreements & Fees (If Applicable)

Some events may require an agreement to be signed. Fees (if any) will be processed before final confirmation.
